Your own Arabic tutor

A private online Arabic tutor gives you something a class cannot: a teacher who watches, listens and adjusts in real time. Every minute of the lesson is spent on your reading, speaking and questions.

Our 1-on-1 Arabic lessons are taught live on video by native Arabic-speaking teachers. Whether you are learning the alphabet, speaking Egyptian Arabic, reciting the Quran or preparing for GCSE, the tutor builds the plan from your starting point and sets the pace.

Why 1-on-1 lessons work better

You learn a language by using it. In a private lesson, you do most of the talking.

Full attention

The tutor notices every mistake and every success, and responds straight away.

Your pace

Move on when you are ready, and slow down where something is hard.

More speaking time

No waiting for a turn. You read aloud and speak throughout the lesson.

A safe space to try

Shy learners often speak up in a private lesson, because nobody else is listening.

Questions students ask

How much does a private Arabic tutor cost?

Private lessons start from $30 per month. The price depends on the lesson length and how many lessons a week you choose. Pay for 3 months to save 10%, or for 6 months to save 20%. See the pricing page for every plan.

What is the difference between a private tutor and a group class?

In a private lesson, the teacher's whole attention is on you. You speak more, get corrected straight away and learn at your own pace. In a group class, time and attention are shared.

Can I change the tutor if I am not comfortable?

Yes. Tell us, and we will arrange a different teacher, subject to availability. Finding the right match matters more than keeping the first one.

Can I choose a male or female teacher?

Yes. Tell us when you book and we will arrange it, subject to availability.

Do I need to know any Arabic?

No. We teach complete beginners, and we also teach students who already read and speak Arabic. The free trial lesson shows the teacher where you are.

Is online tutoring safe for children?

Yes, with the right safeguards. Lessons are on video on our platform, teachers may not contact children outside it, and parents can join any lesson. Read our child safety policy for the full list.

Can we try a private lesson before paying?

Yes. Book a free trial lesson. You meet a teacher, the teacher checks your level, and you get a recommendation for the right course.
