If you are not satisfied after starting your course, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your first paid lesson, no questions asked. This matches the refund policy used across Alphabet Arabic Academy's courses.
Message us on WhatsApp or by email within the 3-day window with your name and the course you booked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Lessons already completed after the 3-day guarantee period are non-refundable, but you can pause, reschedule, or switch courses at any time by messaging us.
